I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card just to get my money back. Then, I was informed that I couldn't shop there anymore because I filed that claim.

I've been using 888 as my go-to seller for quite some time. The site is fantastic, and there's always a ton of options available. Almost all the time, everything arrives just as it should, and on that rare occasion when it doesn't, the customer service at 888 always sorts it out. Excellent job, definitely recommend.

Update: I can't really fault the company for the poor customer service I received. To be fair, I've interacted with other 888 representatives who were nice and helpful before, but that one individual made me forget all the good experiences. Today, a manager got in touch with me and sorted out the issues with the gift card. I'm totally happy with how it was resolved, but I took away one star since I know that unpleasant rep is still around, and I hope he doesn't treat other customers like that.

Make sure to check out msrp prices. A lot of items sold as new might have some mistakes, returns, or missing parts. Overall, if you do your homework on pricing before buying, you should do pretty well.
